Transcription of interviews, conversations and meetings
Interview transcription it is intended for anyone who needs a written record of a conversation for research, analysis or publication. We make transcripts of research and journalistic interviews, talks for graduate and doctoral theses, and focus groups. We format the text according to your instructions, marking the interlocutors and separating the questions and answers.
For business users, we transcribe meetings, online conversations, presentations and conference presentations. Instead of listening to the entire recording again, you can find a specific statement in the transcript, check the agreement or extract information for further work. You can choose verbatim transcript, which retains repetitions, letter-sticks and unfinished sentences, or edited transcript, from which unnecessary repetitions and letterheads are removed for easier reading, without changing the meaning. We prepare the translation, format the text for display on the screen and synchronize it in time with the speech. In doing so, we adjust the length and division of sentences so that the message can be followed while watching.
To create subtitles, you can submit an untranscribed video, an existing transcript, or a subtitle file that needs to be translated and edited. If you already have automatically generated subtitles, you can request their language check, error correction and time synchronization.
We prepare subtitles in an agreed format, for example SRT or VTT. When submitting your inquiry, please specify where you plan to publish the video and if there are any special delivery requirements.
Price of transcription and subtitling
The price of the transcription depends on the duration of the recording, the language, the sound quality, the number of speakers and the requested form of transcription. The cost of subtitling is additionally affected by the need for translation, timing and the condition of existing subtitles, if you already have them.

Write whether you need a transcript only, a transcript with translation or subtitles. If you have special instructions, such as tagging research participants or adding timestamps, attach them to the query.
